so.. the fiance is an alumn of baylor. she chose there not because of religion, but because of their great med school. one of her close friends did as well. he however, just got the shock of a lifetime.

he was a happy grad and participating alumn, happily paying his alumni dues and keeping up with the school. for some reason this year, he did not receive his yearly alumni packet as he had for the last decade. so… he inquired as to why….

her friend is a well known person (probably nobody you know) who we will keep anonymous for the time being. the reason he’s well known: he is one of the founders of a gay rights organization and is openly gay.

an the reason he didnt receive his alumni packet this year? baylor condemns his involvement in the gay rights movement, and as such, no longer recognizes him as an alumni.

so.. heres a guy who (outside of being gay) leads a great life… upstanding member of his community… financially well off… was an avid supporter of their med school, and happily continued to donate and contribute to the school. and in return, he is blacklisted for that one single segment of his life.

to say that this is fucking ridiculous is an understatement of mass proportion.

treating rape, incest, and even sexual harassment the exact same as being gay?!?!?!

they are a private school, and recieve no tax dollars… so they can say who/what/how they run their university… but its closed minded idiocy like this that stunts our progress as a society.

thankfully for their administration… its still illegal to form lynch mobs or i would be at the front of the line.

and no… i’m not talking about the mentally retarded, or just plain stupid…. i’m talking about the ones that should have enough common sense to put two and two together, but due to morals, or beliefs in an imaginary friend, they choose not to.

maybe you remember the sponge bob incident where he discusses how a video with several cartoon characters that was currently being distributed to schools for classroom use, were actually doing so with a hidden agenda…. to promote homosexuality to kids. yes… mr dobson… you’ve caught on and unmasked the sinister plot… the fags of america are out to turn the world. you fucking dolt.

or… maybe you remember the non-stop hilarity of the terri schiavo case in which mr dobson condemned a florida judge because he believed that the judge was the one sentencing terri to death. it couldnt have had SHIT to do with the fact that she was completely brain dead… i mean… every sane REAL doctor on the planet came to the same conclusion. the woman even requested it… but nothing that happened, or was said, could turn the drooling pity party from mr dobson down a notch. it was murder, and he swore to it. do us a favor and go back to reading your bible and let the doctors actually trained in a medical science handle things like this in the future. idiot.

maybe you might remember his stand against gay marriages… the “whats next, people marrying their pets” approach. yes yes… mr dobson takes the term ‘homophobe’ to all new levels. personally, i think he was diddled as a child. seriously… who jumps instantly from two humans marrying each other… STRAIGHT to beastiality? i’ve got $5 that says his golden retrievers asshole looks like a basketball hoop by now.

well… he’s at it again. this time, the moral christians of the world have decided to unite behind him in hopes to tear down the movie industry… one of the main complaints and points of showing the decay of society and corruption of kids… the movie “sin city”. the argument… it affects kids.. it has graphic violence and language that “warps teens and young children by its evils”. mr dobson apparently hasnt pulled his head out of his ass far enough to read the bottom of the screen or the side of the dvd box that clearly states RATED R. THE MOVIE WASNT MADE FOR KIDS YOU IGNORAMUS, SO WHY ARE YOU LETTING KIDS SEE IT???? ITS NOT BEING BROADCAST IN REPLACEMENT OF THE SUPERBOWL… SETTLE DOWN. maybe you should try “march of the penguins” mr dobson. wait… no… that has beastiality. better save that one for you and the little mrs.

there is a movement in america that is shoving the beliefs of a few down the throats of the many. this movement hides behind a mask of rightousness and morals, as it cannot stand on its own… it must be ‘by gods will’ or not at all. its amazing what you can get away with by claiming that. you can destroy nations killing thousands of innocent people even.
